  We made a large group order days in advance for the entire office, gave them a pickup time of 11:30 and when we arrived to pick up the food they hadn't even started the order. Wait for a full hour for them to make the order! I requested a discount but because it was "online and already paid" they claimed they could not give us a discount for the inconvenience. I would have to call the Chipotle main 800 number. Super disappointed in Chipotle!

  My first time to this location, a very long line but not fast enough to attend customers, a new site like this needs a experienced and snappy staff to be able to cover alot of customers on the line, even at the online order stand had a long line. So sad

  This is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. The workers are either indifferent or apathetic. I went to pick up an online order that was scheduled for 6:20pm. I got there on time and the shelves were empty so I waited. the restaurant line stretched to the back wall and more people walked in. There was one cook, one server making all the in-store orders, one cashier (who rarely left the comfort of the register), and a couple of people on the drive-thru window. There was a culture of "it's-not-my-job" looming throughout the restaurant that made everyone slow, confused, and overwhelmed. The floors, counters, and tables were unnecessarily dirty and I noticed an order (potentially my own) was packed and placed by the drive-thru window. I indicated "pick-up" on the app. I waited. I noticed some of the trash bins were beyond full, table tops were dirty, the counter by the register needed to be wiped down because it had streaks of cheese on it, and there were chunks of food, napkins, and paper lying around in the back. Everyone moved slowly while they had, at least, ten people in line. The cashier took notice of me sitting and stepped out on the floor to pick up a few things (without wiping down any counter-tops), and finally asked if I was waiting for something. Eventually, I received my order and didn't realize that they got it wrong until I arrived home. I left the restaurant after 20 minutes of waiting and observing how overwhelmed, understaffed, and poorly trained the restaurant was. All the poor reviews for this site are accurate. Save yourself the trouble.

  This place should honestly just close down. Such bad rep for Chipotle. After many disappointing visits we arrived at the parking lot and were so close to just driving to the east longmeadow location and said you know what let’s give it one more try Not sure if it’s bad hiring manager or just bad manager in general: Counters always dirty, like kids work there Person putting together bowl is constantly talking with other staff distracted and taking forever to put together bowls. Constantly talking over the food (bad hygiene) Never have chips available, they always run out. when they should be making them once they are low Honestly just feels like they let a bunch of irresponsible school children run the establishment. Bad experience always. Horrible service, always.

  Months ago I received food poisoning from Chipotle. Today we decided to give it a second chance. Didn't get food poisoning this time, but it took an hour and forty minutes for a mobile order. We (along with I'm sure many other customers) mobile order because our time matters. In our case we had a baby in the car screaming their lungs out for the entire duration. Being inconsiderate of our time isn't just a mild inconvenience, it's torture to little ones and day ruining to us. The way it is expected to work is we give you money to make us food at an agreed time, and then you give us that food. You are a restaurant, this is what you do, it shouldn't be that hard. If you can't uphold that agreement you should be transparent and do something to make it right. There is absolutely no reason for me to keep bothering with this place - every time we come here our day gets ruined one way or another. This store should not be in business and won't be for long if they don't figure out how to both fully cook their chicken and figure out how to properly staff. Shame.
