    I went through the drive-through as they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. I sat in the drive-through waiting for my order for 10 minutes, even though my food was on the counter ready to be transferred. Meanwhile, a line started piling up behind me, and all of the staff were unaware of it. I don’t know who was supposed to be directly in charge of drive-through, but they were not doing their job. When someone finally acknowledged me, I let them know that there’s a long wait. And there was no apology. I normally don’t write reviews. I like to give a lot of grace. But I do find it unacceptable to wait for 10 minutes when the average wait time is less than five minutes. It would’ve been more ideal if there was at least an acknowledgment. I will not be going back there again. It’s not worth the time.

    I ordered a crispy chicken salad with no corn and egg on the side. I did recieve egg on the side, but I got no chicken and corn on my salad. Slightly annoyed. Guess will need to check orders before we leave.

    Having been to many Chick-fil-A yup and down the RT95 corridor of the USA, I've seen some decent ones and some great ones, this is a great one. It's still brand new but already operating as efficiently and friendly as if it was here all along. The food consistently tastes great and feels good to eat. The staff here have been the best. My favorite thing in this location is that the drive-through layout is the best I've seen. Very efficient, simple and easy to understand immediately. They clearly learned from other locations.

    It took 20 minutes to get this order at 2pm. Nuggets and a chicken sandwich. Nothing special and no added instructions. There was one person in line ahead of me. Unfortunately the slow service is typical from this location in the 10+ times I have visited. I have been avoiding reviewing because they are new but service has not changed. Avoid this chic fil a location at all costs if you are looking for a quick option.
