  There is absolutely no reason you should still have a job when you cant even full fill an easy order. I ordered a 4 piece nugget and after waiting over 20 mins for my food I received a nugget box full of sauce. I understand checking you bag to see if you have the right food but now I have to open each item. Absolute bs

  I pulled in Saturday morning at 8 o’clock in the morning and do you know how refreshing it is to have customer service through the roof? Employees greeting you with a smile and talking to you with dignity looking like they’re happy to be at work. I would drive the extra mile just to come to this McDonald’s. Phenomenal customer service. I wish I could hire these employees for my businesses.

  Had placed a mobile order at 10:41 pm. Went to the speaker at 11:01 pm and was asked if we would be using the app. We said yes. Then the worker proceeded to say that they were closed. Can’t make this up.

  I wish they would actually resolve the problems instead of ignore them. I’ve had way to many problems at the specific location even though I was a former employee. They are always slow and always mess some part of an order up. My parents have problems when they go through and are always missing part of their order. I got my grandparents coffees there not to long ago who are both diabetic and every time I order a sugar free iced coffee they always I mean always give me the one with sugar syrup. They are very unprofessional and they need to get they act together. They should really pay attention and stop giving customers attitude. New management sucks.
