  Ordered bagels for pickup at 7:20 - they were ready in 10 mins - warm and fresh but still just the right bagel-ness. Staff was at the takeout area ready to complete the order - quick and easy!

  Blueberry creamcheese was elite. everything bagel was supreme. Plain bagel with just butter spread top notch.

  I love the speed and accuracy that comes with every order I've made here. I love the pizza bagels they are the best.

  Bagel was divine. Service was amazing. Coffee was delicious. My complaint the cream cheese.... I ordered the jalapeno cream cheese. It had fresh jalapenos. I think they were fresh I couldn't tell because there were three small diced jalapenos in the cream cheese smaller than my pinky nail. Then mixed with the cream cheese was taco seasoning?! Was not jalapeno cream cheese more like taco seasoning cream cheese

  Usually I am not one to leave a review on a business because personally I don’t care to. My husband and I have been going to fancy bagels since it opened, they can even check my profile with them. We’ve probably been dozens of times. We absolutely love the food, the breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal. We mostly do pick up, because it is a busy place and we typically wait in the car and go check if it’s on their pick up shelf when it’s ready as it can be very packed inside. It has always worked out well. Today we arrived at 9:10/9:15 for an order due at 9 am, we still hadn’t received a text that it was ready which we typically always do, but figured they’re so busy maybe they forgot to send the text. The parking lot was packed, we could barely find a place to park. My husband goes in, it’s busy, it’s not ready, so we go back outside run an errand, come back at 9:40. My husband patiently waits in line as the order is still not on the shelf, to ask hey did the order not go through online/wanted to check the status? They tell him they made that order and suggested we check with the person who picked it up! It’s just my husband and I, so there was no one else. They proceed to reiterate they remember making it and offer no resolution, while suggesting the customer is mistaken or at fault. They then proceed to call me while my husband is in their place of business and I’m in the car and ask if I know who picked up the food and if I received a text it was ready. I again, re-iterate I did not receive a text and I can show them my phone and we did not pick up the food. I then went inside to join my husband and suggested they check the cameras as this is what we look like and we never left with the food when they claimed it was ready. This review has nothing to do with the food or paying for a replacement order but everything to do with the blatant disrespect toward the customer. It was a busy day and mistakes happen but to place the customer at fault from the start was such a disappointment from a business we’ve had such good interactions with until today! To make matters worse, we receive a call when we get home with the food that they finally decided to remake, that someone else called and accidentally picked up our food, but the manager continues to say she called my name when it was ready and that they sent a text at 9:19 (still never got it & their Facebook says they’re having difficulty with their online system). If you’re going to insist on a free-for-all pick up system then you should be prepared to offer your customers respectful benefit of the doubt when mistakes do happen, because they will.
