  This place is horrible, on top of the fries getting licked, a worker trying to give me loads of ketchup instead of my drink, and then the new manager coming out to push me into not getting a refund on my ice cream that they "didn't have" but could make a milkshake instead?? Nothing but stupidity goes on here.

  Horrible. The employees were so rude and disrespectful. I had went there and waited over 30 minutes just for fries and a drink. My fries were soggy and the drink was half way filled. Please don’t go there.

  Disgusting employees. Huge wait times. And horrendous management. Between the viral video, the lack of care when making food or drinks, the twenty minutes it takes every time I go there, and the fact that they don't send you refunds or free coupons when they promise to make up for bad experiences makes this the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Twice they screwed up my order and made me wait twenty five minutes in line. When only three people were in front of me. They said they would send free coupons for food. They didn't. I complained again about another incident. They said they would send a refund and the free coupons. They didn't.

  There's a video going around of one of your employees using their bare hands to feed themselves from a customer's fry order then putting the half eaten fries back in the customer's container. You can't be serious allowing this? People eat there and your employees are acting like animals handling food in an unsanitary environment. This place should be shut down

  First of all I don't write many reviews and do not like give one star reviews but hopefully enough of these reviews get through to ownership so they can make some changes. Stop in around 10pm with the family after my son's ball game and had the same experience as most of the other one star reviews. Long wait, staff were not professional at all, and the food is trash. Will not be visiting this location ever again. Staff needs better training.
