- CPcasey peloquinOct 7, 20261.0Just recently went there twice in one day, the first time I went, they saw me standing waiting but didn’t come over and take my order until I had been waiting awhile and both times you could hear them arguing with each other. The first time while I was waiting in line in the store and the second time while waiting in drive through. The poor manager was trying her best to get them to calm down. The second time I went they were also complaining about customers and charged us for 50 munchkins but tried to give us 10 and than walked off with an attitude when we politely asked her to give us the 50 we paid for. And even all of that they still charged us for 50 and only gave us 25 munchkins. They also served my husband his ice coffee in a cracked container. Food is great but the customer service is terrible. Unfriendly, unprofessional and not paying enough attention to orders to get them right. And the arguing and complaining in front of customers is just bad for business. I will not be visiting that location again.

Because they certainly aren't paying attention to customers and their orders. I usually visit a different location during the work week, so I cannot comment on Monday-Friday. My opinion is that someone is making that have a job and work for the experience, unfortunately they're not paying attention to anything but counting the minutes until the next break or end of the shift. I would like to mention that this has been consistently every Sunday since last Fall.. But, over the years it's always the worst in the summer break from school.. If a employee is present and at work, than be present even if you don't want to be there, if you actually do your job the time would go by much faster, and who knows maybe learn something about customer service. PS: Does not matter if walk in and nobody in line, or drive thru.. Always the same.. Owners do all a favor, pay attention, complete some surprise visit on the weekends, or just close your doors.. My next review will be to the regional Dunkin office. YES, I HAVE THAT CONTACT INFORMATION, UNFORTUNATELY.. Because they reached out to me after a I filled out a survey that they randomly sent me through the Dunkin App.. I hate leaving bad reviews, but enough is enough..

There was no greeting when I arrived, no “thank you” or “you’re welcome” during the interaction, and no goodbye when I left. Basic courtesy and friendliness go a long way in customer service, and unfortunately that experience is missing completely. It makes the visits feel unwelcoming and unprofessional.
