- TDTravis DolbyMay 13, 20264.0I like this store and it's very big and clean but sometimes I stop by at 6:30am and I can't get into the building to grab a few things before work because the doors are locked even though there are shoppers inside? I have no idea how they are getting inside when all the doors are non responsive. Store hours state it opens at 6am

Called the shop and customer service was not helpful at all, said there was no person in her system that one was made. Luckily when my sister took a picture of the arrangement it also had the delivery card with Shaw's and the store number on it. The arrangement was about the size of the store's note on it ! Rude person on the phone with me. Never using them again !

I was looking for on-the-go peanut butter packs and spent some time in the peanut butter aisle trying to find them. While I was there, a bald, heavyset man kept staring at me and walking back and forth past the aisle. Then he followed me over to the chip aisle and continued watching me. As a small woman with PTSD and anxiety, having a man hover and follow me like that made me feel extremely unsafe not to mention he had his phone pointed towards me the entire time and caused my anxiety to spike. No customer should feel like they’re being followed or watched while just trying to shop. It was intimidating and upsetting. I do want to say that the two managers I spoke with afterward were amazing. They were kind, professional, and took the situation seriously, which I truly appreciate. They handled the situation far better than the experience I had in the aisle. I hope the store addresses this so no other woman has to feel the way I did just trying to buy groceries.
