Idk what’s up with Dunkin but corporate and the stores are not on the same page. Went for the golf tee cup promo and they didn’t have it after coming from another location that didn’t have it and had even ruder service. The coffees & food are so bad that the promos are supposed to help bring in sales . But now it’s just bad ALL around. So sad 😞 I had to glue my pineapple cup back together

I tried just peeling off the burnt part and eating it anyways, the burnt taste went all the way through the sandwich. The middle-aged fellow helping the inside counter, you know you sent this out!! Would you eat this?
- MMMeganMay 25, 20261.0I apparently made the fatal mistake of trying to buy Dunkin gift cards using the mobile app, because the cashier scoffed and said I “can’t buy gift cards with a gift card”. I didn’t realize the mobile app was considered a gift card since you have to load your own money on there to use the app. But, no big deal, I just paid using a debit card instead. The cashier then proceeded to walk back to her colleagues and in full view and volume of everyone in the store, including customers, yelled “SHE TRIED TO BUY GIFT CARDS WITH A GIFT CARD!” and continued to make fun of me implying that I was an idiot. Every single employee then turned to look at me. I have never been more humiliated in my life. I haven’t been to Dunkin’s in years and this is how I was treated during my first experience back. I will never visit a Dunkins again.

None were even slightly warm. So how claiming fresh? Glazed were not fresh. I wanted fresh made glazed. I guess I am not asking for the right thing, or not getting the vip service. This customer left dissapointed. Management might need to reconsider the one bad counter help she might be having a bad day, but it makes for a bad customer experience as well. Bought a dozen, 2 coffies, and a milk. $24 seemed reasonable at today's prices
