Whoever was working the counter on Tuesday afternoon around 1:30–1:45 PM needs some serious coaching on how to treat customers\. I asked a simple question, and the look and attitude I received in response were incredibly rude and disrespectful\. It was the kind of exaggerated eye\-rolling/look you might expect from an immature teenager, not from someone working with the public\. When I called her out on the way she had just treated me, she suddenly acted as though she didn’t understand what I was saying, despite having just been carrying on a conversation with another customer minutes earlier\. Good customer service matters\. It doesn’t matter how good the food or drinks are or how clean an establishment is if customers are made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected by an employee\. I rarely feel strongly enough about an interaction to write something like this, but her behavior was completely inappropriate\. Based on my experience today, this particular employee should not be working directly with the public unless there is a major improvement in how she treats customers. UPDATE – August 25, 2026: I returned to this location today at approximately 1:30 PM, about two weeks after my original experience. Unfortunately, the same employee was working, and if anything, she was just as rude as she was the first time. I had hoped my previous experience was simply a bad day, but after being treated this way by the same employee on two separate visits, it clearly was not an isolated incident. There was absolutely no improvement in her attitude or the way she interacted with me. At this point, I have to question whether management is addressing how employees treat customers. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and no customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected simply for asking a question. Two separate visits, two weeks apart, with the same employee and the same unnecessarily rude behavior is extremely disappointing.

Just had an employee tell me he would work slower if I would like after asking for a sense of urgency in his work ethic. I was told I was disrespectful. I told him he was disrespecting every customer's time by being so incredibly slow. Not even normal slow. Unreal. Only a couple employees have been good. Too much to write here.
