- KSKonstantin ShageyevJun 2, 20261.0We arrived about 30–35 minutes before closing. The coffee was cold, and the lid reeked of detergent. Apparently, they were already cleaning up and had handled the cups with dirty hands. Moreover, there wasn't a single donut left.

Each time something got messed up, my coffee not quite right, food mess ups, and TODAY topped it all. While the manager was in the window, giving my order as well as being the one who rung me out; I got this. Clearly not what a manager, or Dunkin at all should allow out of their store. I called the location, just for it to go to Voicemail. I called the Francisee owner as well with no reply. I spent nearly 20 dollars for my order to be trashed, ignored by these people [Francisee & Management] and to be hungry and unable to go in person for correction. This is absolutely disgusting to be treated in such a manner, and as a former Dunkin employee is even more grotesque that they're calling this an accurate order when this is CLEARLY incorrect, even Stevie Wonder could SEE that, smfh.
