  Why do we have people behind the counter of the chicken department that can't speak English?? I ask if there was any dark meat fried chicken coming out soon and I had a lady looking at me like I'm from outer space unable to communicate with me or understand what I am asking. What is the problem stop and shop?? Where is your customer service??? This is unacceptable!!!! You just lost my business this July 4th week. I will be making the trip down the road to Shaws or Star Market where the floors are clean and where the staff can actually understand you and answer your questions.

  Looking pretty dark and dingy lately. Lights out, old smell, struggling AC, outdated fixtures. The nicest thing inside is the new Starbucks. Also a bit of a rat race inside with all the people running around.

  Would give 0 stars if possible. I did a pickup order and it wasn’t ready (or even being shopped) in the allotted time. I called twice to ask for assistance and was told they had no idea when it would be ready. Finally I asked to cancel and was told the order was cancelled. The following day I was charged anyway, and have now called twice to speak to customer service without this being resolved.

  Was in self check out an i needed help so the woman came over help me an I said thank u , she just walked away an yes she herd me. Also right next to me this older woman dropped some pack of food an this worker looked an kept walking . How rude .ok then she comes back an puts some scan block were your card gose an walked away. She has long braids. . She needs a store review on manners an what that block was. I like going there but never again

  I'm curious if it's Stop and Shops general policy or just this particular location to allow employees to park in the parking spots right in front of the store. I work at another business in the plaza and regularly see the same cars parked directly out front all day long. Today I went in as a customer and came out and one of their employees, who was in uniform was parked in a handicap spot. He did actually have a placard in his car but regardless, if he's going to be there all day working, this is completely unacceptable. I think I will be doing my grocery shopping elsewhere from now on.
