- APAriana PaganMay 13, 20261.0I waited 15 minutes at the speaker where no one took my order. (I had a mobile order). I proceeded to the window to find someone that checked me in and then I waited at least 20 minutes at that window for my food. When I got my food I tried a fry and had to go back around because they were cold and unsalted. I was nice about it and asked for fresh fries. 5 minutes later I’m handed a bag with hot, hard, unsalted fries. They must’ve just took the old fries and stuck them back in the oil for a minute to get them hot and not they were just hard. Here I am with 2 orders of large fries, neither of which me and my family are about to eat.
