And after I brought the tag of the mussels to the customer service for refund, the guy at the desk was very unfriendly and refused to do anything simply because I didn’t bring the receipt.

Found our last minute needs quickly and was able to get in and out fast. Friendly service by Jenn at the customer service desk, fingers crossed she sold us the million dollar lottery tickets!

The other day, a customer service powerhouse graciously wheeled over a step ladder to give me an otherwise unreachable (at least for me) item from the top shelf. A handful of glitches with the loyalty program and the documentation for it appear on track to getting resolved shortly; this apparently new problem (encountered by me just this week) is the first problem that I have experienced with the store in a very long time.
