  My experience at this restaurant was pretty lackluster. The food was just average—decent enough, but nothing special given the price point. As for the staff, I wouldn't exactly describe them as friendly; they just seemed like people showing up to work and going through the motions in a purely businesslike manner. I certainly didn't feel like the service I received was particularly professional. Furthermore, I *strongly* advise against buying gift cards for Outback Steakhouse! Do not buy them—ever! Their gift cards come with a lot of restrictions on how they can be used. The "bonus" gift cards, in particular, are incredibly tricky to redeem. When I tried to pay using a bonus gift card, I was told it wasn't working and that I’d have to save it for my next visit. You can't even use them online. Why do they bother calling these things "bonus" gift cards if they’re such a hassle? I have never once managed to successfully use an Outback Steakhouse bonus gift card—simply because the restaurant refuses to accept them. Of course, Even when I always try to use them well within the valid redemption period they’ve established, they still don't work. It is absolutely the worst. I will never buy one again!

  I haven't been to this Outback Steak house since 2019 before the pandemic. I went on Saturday, May 2, 2026 with a group of four and it was disappointing; the food was lukewarm temperature and the wait staff was not attentive to our tables at all. My sister's order steak and it wasn't cook as they ordered medium-well. Outback Steakhouse you need to do better. I ordered chicken and shrimp combo with linguine and it was lukewarm. I ate most of it and took the rest home. My only issue was the food was not hot and the waitress never check on our table after she delivered the food, and she wasn't that friendly.

  We had to wait a long time for the drinks and also for appetizers. Another thing the waiter took our order with an attitude, when we got wings it was very salty and we told our waiter and instead she gave us the check when we never asked for it.

  The bread was not warm like it used to be. The salad was a lot smaller. We ordered a couple filet mignons. Both were not cooked as requested and they were very chewy which is very unusual for filets. Maybe because they were raw looking and not medium well as requested. . Waitress could not be located to request further cooking. Either way, they were not good pieces of meat at all. The costs was $86. It was disappointing. I used to like going there. It was very quiet as no one was really there except at the bar.

  Danny and zaraya Are both two amazing people. I had told him that my girlfriend, unfortunately, just lost her mother in love the bread at the outback, and I asked them to buy extra bread and they gave me extra bread for free and not only that they were caring, respectful and employees that I would want to work for me. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for making her night.
