- NNNubzyJun 9, 20261.0Management was not helpful to her workers whatsoever. I ordered on the mobile app a (Bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant) I got a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Manager was rude to the customers as well. She told me it is what it is since they have no bacon and apparently croissant at 8 in the morning. So I don’t recommend this Dunkin in highland ave. Worst place to go to

Every time I come in there is AT MOST 2 people operating the entire service. Usually its one person to take orders, make change, make drinks, make food, stock, bake goods in the back, clean, etc. The owners of this location should feel ashamed at making their employees work under those conditions for minimum wage.

It was almost 6 AM and the place was completely empty, yet she still had an attitude the entire time. She told me she couldn’t make anything for me except coffee — no food or anything else in a very dismissive way. She seemed frustrated and gave absolutely horrible service for no reason. If you work in customer service, at least act like you want to be there. Customers are the reason you have a job. Worst Dunkin’ in Somerville.

The old manager was always on top of everything, the new one waits until very last minute to grab everything. Service has dropped dramatically low. The young staff there always on the phone and can't fulfill a online order on time. They really have low standards now, I wish they could be better but I don't see this place making any progress.
