  I went here last week with my friend and the service was excellent. The gentleman serving us Abdul and another one as well I dont recall his name both were professional and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. Would definitely stop by again

  I use to go to Zogreek for my Mediterranean chicken rice bowl but since I found out there was a CAVA at Assembly Row, I’ve been coming since. It’s a quick grab and go of your choice with unbeatable price. And the workers here are wonderful. Rodney provides you great service! I LOVE CAVA!!

  From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with a smile. I went in for a steak, but Damian convinced me to try the salmon and I was not disappointed. Jeff got my son to try the pita chips and was very kind. Overall I will be back

  I paid $20 for this tiny bowl and I’m still hungry. This is honestly a joke. The portions at this CAVA location are way smaller compared to other CAVA locations. On top of that, the food didn’t even taste good. I genuinely regret ordering from here

  Went into CAVA and had a really good experience. I’m from California and it is basically a daily staple out there, so I already had high expectations and this location definitely delivered. Rodney and Jeff were both super friendly and took the time to walk my friend through the menu without rushing them, which I really appreciated. Portions were hearty too, which is always a plus. The place was really clean, not just the tables but behind the counter as well, which says a lot. Overall just a really easy, welcoming experience. I’d definitely come back.
