  This is hands down the best Sonic Drive-In in Massachusetts as it is the only one in the eastern part of the state that still provides dine in service. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to help me out with a purchase when the app could not process my order. I would come more often if I lived in the area.

  its just an experience you do not get much anywhere anymore. Great fast food for a very reasonable price. cherry on top is the retro feel of someone rolling out in roller blades with your order when you are parked at one of their drive in parking spots.

  Anaya C is the rudest person I’ve ever had to grab food from in a fast food place. Her attitude is horrendous. I’m a regular here I’m always nice I usually don’t get a lot usually a drink maybe a burger but for some reason the same girl that’s always there before close decided to be extremely rude to me today. She talked to me like I was absolute trash…. The perfect example of someone who should be making food or washing dishes and not dealing with customers. Idk if she was mad that I was ordering LITERALLY A SODA ONLY a HALF AN HOUR near close or if she has a personal problem with me but I just know I would have lost any jobs like this when I was younger working fast food… giving attitude to random strangers for no reason isn’t going to benefit you.

  I recently went to this location and was charged and served an extra drink I didn’t order and didn’t want. When I realized this, I tried to go inside to address the issue but all the doors were locked which was disappointing. However I called through a drive-in machine and explained the issue and the server, Olivia, was incredibly helpful professional when sorting out the discrepancy. On top of adjusting the charge, she applied a small discount to the meal as compensation for the inconvenience, which wasn’t necessary but still appreciated. Full commendations to her and the other service staff.

  You can guarantee that every time you come here you will never get what you ordered. I do the dirty soda buy up on multiple visits and every time I have to go inside and complain my order is wrong. I write into the support page and they say the manager will address the issue but clearly nothing is ever done. Don’t waste your money and time here. There are multiple places across the street that you can spend your money and your order will be right
