- JFJohn FromNorwoodMaAug 15, 20261.0Went there last night for 3 pounds of coffee asked for whole bean they gave me ground coffee instead! So I went to exchange it this morning. They said we don’t sell whole bean coffee,. Then the lady behind the counter said go down the street and see if you can exchange it, three Dunkin’ Donuts later I found a Dunkin’ Donuts that would exchange it, but it was a real hassle and the lady behind the counter was less than helpful! They make Lousy cup of coffee as well. Hardly anyone goes here anymore because of that!
- JJJohnJul 16, 20261.0Truly one of the worst run Dunkins in the area. The staff seem sweet but they really seem overwhelmed and overworked. For what I have seen there is little to no supervision within this place and it is severely understaffed, same kids on the drive-thru almost everyday! This is absolutely ridiculous and I genuinely feel bad for the workers. Ever since the change of management got there this place has really gone down hill. I really have not seen the manager there once with all of the times I have gone in to order. I can see that the staff I have interacted with truly do have potential but due to lack of proper management they seem to be miserable.

I was handed back an iced coffee with no ice. I honestly couldn’t wrap my head around how terrible these workers are. Zero motivation.
- AFA FJul 2, 20261.07/2 at approximately 1:20 PM: I went through the drive-thru with no cars in front of me or behind me. When I reached the window, I politely asked if I could add one additional item to my order. I was told, “No, we can’t do that because it messes with our time thingy. You’ll have to get back in line.” Normally, I would understand if the drive-thru was busy, but there wasn’t a single car waiting. There was literally no one behind me who would have been delayed. Instead of taking a few extra seconds to provide basic customer service, I was told to drive back around for one item solely because of a timer. That is incredibly frustrating and makes customers feel like drive-thru metrics are more important than the people you’re serving. I’ve never had a Dunkin’ refuse to add one item to an order when there wasn’t another customer waiting. It was unnecessary, inconvenient, and honestly poor customer service.
