  Well normally when a new settlement goes up it’s really good for a few months but this one just started off garbage. Took an hour to get my food and line wasn’t long at all, thought they did good my giving me a free meal gift card for the inconvenience and the next day I went to go claim it and 2 managers, one of them by the name of Nelly told me it had already been used even though I just got it. “they throw them out anyway”, whatever that means and that it needs to be activated. Needless to say I didn’t get my food or be able to claim my gift card. Serious disappointment! Go to the seekonk one instead or hit the KFC across the way cause these people don’t have a clue.

  I’m so sad, I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is living up to the bad reviews. I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order, while they brought food out to people behind me. There was only one girl bringing out orders at lunch time🤦🏾‍♀️. It’s way understaffed. Please hire more workers

  Waited 30 minutes in a 3 car line for an entirely wrong order once again… this was a meal that was free due to previous issues at this store. I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered More than 5 orders this month and every one was wrong. Will be uploading proof soon. Please follow through to the seekonk chick fila. They’re always on point.

  It’s called fast food Did not live up to standards waited 25 minutes for a damn breakfast bowl that barely had two bits of scrambled eggs in them I know That Everyone is new but they need to hire some experienced staff that will get stuff done that’s just my personal opinion but staff was friendly just barely knew what they were doing It is not their fault. It’s the Higher up’s fault!

  As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted immediately, the inside was very clean and organized. The cashier i believe her name was Lauren was very pleasant a little nervous but i told her its ok to be nervous your learning and your doing a great job, she took her time and read the order back to me and she had everything correct. As soon as we sat down and got our food there was a young gentleman who came over and asked us if we needed anything or any refills but we said we were fine, after we ate he also came back to the table and threw our trash out which was very nice of him to do. The food was delicious and everything was super fresh! From the salad to the fruit parfait and also the chicken and the fries. I will for sure be back! I know they just opened and they need time to adjust but i feel like this spot will be a lot better than the one in fallriver. Thanks so much Somerset chick fil a for great food and great service !
