I usually love chipotle, but this location is clearly known for horrible ingredients. Nothing is ever fresh. The steak is always nasty. I just ordered lunch today and was given FROZEN corn on my taco. I'm so frustrated with this location. They need fresher ingredients!!!!!

I don't think corporate understands how much This affects them from a business Standpoint sometimes I'm craving chipotle but I won't get it because The portion size is upset me that bad. - DCD CSep 6, 20261.0I’m done with this location. Rude employees. I come at 10pm. They close at 11pm. They won’t let me use the bathroom as they are “cleaning it”. Meanwhile the employees are just hanging out. They were very rude about it. Like how does a restaurant not allow a person is there to eat not wash hand or use the bathroom. Asked to talk to the manager and was given same answer. Way to los a customer. I walked out and didn’t order. It’s fine. They give terrible portions and are over priced anyway. I’m a long time frequent customer and I’m DONE with this location and Chipotle in general. They have been going downhill anyways.

The location itself is excellent and convenient, but unfortunately, the service from the crew was terrible. The line was extremely long, and the employees seemed slow, unorganized, and not very attentive to customers. It’s a shame because this is a great location with a lot of potential, but the poor customer service makes me think twice about coming back. Chipotle should seriously consider improving the staffing and training at this location.
