Despite being really busy last night, the manager on shift handled the situation incredibly well and I very much applaud her for that. Also accommodated very nicely when they unfortunately were out of what I originally ordered through pickup, and the food (as always) was great quality and worth the wait. I’ve been coming here a lot since the location first opened and I’m always satisfied with my order.
I don't know who designated this place as "fast food" but thats a joke in itself. The staff move like they're cemented into the floor. I waited a half hour after ordering ahead 30 minutes prior. It doesn't take sit down restaurant times to put some fake beef in a fake tortilla. Get it together or just close. Waste of space. Also whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves.

This took place on September 8th at 11:40 p.m. The stores closes at 12 inside, it does not say that on the website. The staff was very disrespectful about my friends attempting to use the bathroom. My friend was told he could be kicked out for making a comment about not being allowed to use the bathroom. Afterwards I was made fun of for letting other customers know that they shouldn't come inside of the store because they're closed. I completely understand how difficult it can be to try and close the store what customers are coming inside. But as several other customers came in afterwards none of us were aware that the stores was only opened in the drive to through until 2:00 a.m. staff member was extraordinarily disrespectful I'm not sure if they were a manager, but they seem to be responsible for shutting down the store. They were at least nice one of our friends but I'm not sure they knew they were with us before trying to help them. I'm sure they will be happy to never have us come back there but I would like them to have some more training on customer service.

Edited review:
I just wanted to edit my review because I actually got a chance to visit and order food through the drive-through this evening. I was greeted by a very nice young woman in the drive-through and she kept saying: “I got you”, And she certainly did. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme meal with a Baja blast, and a chicken, quesadilla and cinnamon twists, everything was delicious, correctly made, and I couldn’t even reach the window and again she said “I got you”. She was very hospitable and a great employee and I’m very thankful for my Taco Bell meal tonight. I’m sure the whole team that was working with her was working extra hard tonight to make up for all of these ridiculous reviews for people with unrealistic expectations. This is fast food. There are so many online orders and DoorDash. They don’t even realize how difficult and busy it can be especially when there’s an influx after a concert or etc. Give this franchise a break they just opened and they need to iron out any of the kinks. I give them an A+ plus tonight and I will definitely be going back. Thank you to the young lady in the drive-through you are an All-Star!

literally couldn’t tell you how the food was because we never ended up getting anything. came here after the pitbull show at xfinity center after waiting out the parking lot exit fiasco for an hour from 11pm-12am, just to wait another hour here for food that was never coming from 12:30-1:30am. i’ve never seen 5 employees work so painfully slow; they straight up ignored the door dash orders and drivers for 45 minutes, told people waiting for half an hour in the drive thru to come inside for their food (which wasn’t even close to being prepared), all while tediously and rarely cranking out food from mobile or in-store orders. mind you, i ordered on the stupid kiosk thing and opted to pay cash at the register. my friend ordered at the kiosk next to me and paid with card at the kiosk. i didn’t want to risk paying for food that i wasn’t going to get because the group of people in front of us had been waiting for at least 30 minutes prior to our arrival to the store without receiving any of their orders. the women’s restroom was occupied for the entire hour by an unknown person; i hope they’re okay. after waiting almost 25 minutes for the women’s restroom to become available the men’s room was the only option, and there was no toilet paper at all so napkins it was. this establishment closes at 2am, and there was no way any of us were getting any food before they closed. you know damn well they would have kicked us all out and locked the doors without fulfilling the remaining orders. it’s understandable when you recognize the store is closing soon, but for the handful of employees to literally drag their @sses slower than it takes fingernails to grow to delay having to complete every order already placed is completely ridiculous. there were more than enough people to hustle through this rush, and yet there was a distinct lack of ambition visible from the customer’s perspective. if it is known there is going to be a post-concert rush then management should plan accordingly and put enough employees on shift to handle the workload. if it is too much to service all the customers that wish to dine from this location, CLOSE THE DRIVE THRU, LIMIT THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS IN STORE TO MOBILE ORDERS ONLY, CANCEL THE DOOR DASHES IF YOU’RE NOT PLANNING TO FULFILL THEM, COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE SO FAR BEHIND ON EVERYTHING AND RESPECT THEIR TIME SO THEY WILL IN TURN RESPECT YOURS. not once was there an opportunity for me to speak to any employee directly. unfortunately we arrived a little bit hungry and left hangrier.
i am a fellow fast food service employee, and i understand both sides of the service counter in this situation. i (among others) find it easier to be more kind, patient and understanding of the severe stress that the employees are under when the employees are communicative and honest with the customers up front. when i am under undue pressure at my frontline food service job, i will repeatedly apologize to the customer and update them on what our situation is. the customers are not problems that will simply go away just because you don’t acknowledge them.
