- DSDani StephensAug 7, 20261.0My daughter and I were on our way to Foxborough. Traffic was horrible on the way there. I really needed a caffeinated beverage and to use the bathroom. We pulled off to Dunkin for a quick stop. After freshening up, I headed to the counter to order a couple things. The gal at the register could have been new? Could have just really not know what she was doing? Didn't pay attention to register training? I don't know. I wanted to order the chocolate covered strawberry latte and the poor thing couldn't figure it out. She didn't ask for help. The other associate didn't bother helping her. After a couple minutes, I just went with an iced americano with sugar free vanilla and cream. We don't have Dunkin in our state so trying something advertised would have been fun! And that chocolate covered strawberry latte was calling my name. I snagged a handful of donut holes and my iced coffee. Made our way back to the car and headed back on the road. Unfortunately, I don't know what kind of iced coffee they had made me but it was awful. Watered down and flavorless. My donut holes are ok. They weren't the softest or the freshest but it was an easy snack for the road. I'm happy I only got 4 of them. This was my first Dunkin stop in Ma. It was rather disappointing to say the least. I should have just suck with my flavored water if I knew I was getting water that tasted like coffee. I know my flavored water would have been more flavorful. The donut holes were a decent snack. The interaction with the gal behind the counter was interesting. Hopefully my other Dunkin stops won't be anything like this one today.

Well, one sip of this drink and it tastes like soap/some kind of cleaning chemicals. Such a strong taste it was undrinkable. It's really unfortunate the dive in quality that Dunkin has had for the past few years. I have also had soapy/chemical tasting drinks before at other Dunkins. Don't know if they changed their cleaning process recently but hope they figure it out soon and this doesn't become a more common occurrence.

- BZBo ZhangMay 16, 20261.0The lady wearing glasses has always been rude and acting weird. Today I’m writing this review because once again she gave me caffeinated coffee while I ordered decaf. Then she made a new one for me, but the coffee tastes like some kind of chemical. I don’t know what she put in my coffee and I’m not sure if it’s safe to drink it. I have never had Dunkin’s coffee like this before. After 4 years going to this Dunkin’s location, I have made the decision to not go to this place again. I just don’t want to put my health under risk.
