  Waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up an online order, and then once we got up to the window, it smelled like sewage, and 2 of the tacos that I customized were wrong.

  I used to go here a lot during high school. The atmosphere now is so cold and void of a color or warmth like it used to have. The music is absurdly loud in the dining area and there is no more menu or cashier waiting for you like it was traditionally. They essentially force you to become an employee by placing your own order. Which is can obviously do but would prefer not to. I guess I’m just disappointed where Taco Bell is these days. Void of any of its traditional charm.. lastly the chairs are so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Sadly, I definitely will not be spending my money at a Taco Bell ever again.

  We come here a lot. Usually there’s no issue but tonight wasn’t good and it wasn’t just me. First, this location needs to put more people on the schedule. There’s 2 people here and they’re running around trying to do the work of at least 5 people. There are doordashers sitting around waiting for orders. The food is being thrown together haphazardly. Ordered a loaded potato burrito thing and there was no sour cream or cheese on it. Two side orders potatoes had literally the smallest dollop of cheese on it. Each time I come of course you have to order from the stupid kiosks and can’t get a receipt whether you want it emailed or texted you don’t get it. Put more people on the schedule because these people shouldn’t be running around like this doing the best they can while people get crap for food.
