  Well I guess it’s fair to say I’m not alone with dissatisfaction with this store by three employees one being the mgr Ben. My experience was I went to their gas station up the road and I was swiping my card at the window and I had my little Chihuahua of 5 pounds in my arm and as I was swiping the card and my little dog happen to put his little paw on the keypad thinking nothing of it.. My dog is not a wild dog roaming free everywhere. He’s in my house or in my arms 24/7 I swiped my card and I went to the pump and there was a balance due to me, so I had to go back for the cash and when I did, the cash was already in the container in the drawer at the window. No personality with this guy, he had a very serious look on his face. Did not talk to me.when I was being polite yo him. I went to get my cash back and he was basically wipping the keypad pad like it was very dirty like I had some type of disease or maybe my dog did cause he put his tiny paw on it. I got in my car and I thought about it and I decided to call the manager at the store down the road. His name was Ben very kind right off the bat said come and get a $10 gift card. I’m gonna call up there now and tell him what he did was wrong and write him up. I went in today to get the gift card and to address another small issue with another gift card I had he couldn’t help me, but in the end, the girl at the service both saw me coming with my dog in my arm and she literally backed away like 6 feet from the desk. I said to her my dog doesn’t bite. She said oh no, I’m allergic to dogs and little did I know Mr. Ben was right behind me and that’s why I said to her I’ll wait for the manager. He says I’m right there. He didn’t even know what I was going in there for I addressed my other issue with my gift card that he couldn’t help with address me to go back to the original store and no interest whatsoever why I was there never told me how things went with the guy that was wiping his keypad so rigidly because of either my dog, touching it or maybe me wearing I’m a Lesbian well that day. May I add how many people wash their hands after they go to the bathroom and touch that keypad I guess that’s OK but that’s three people. I’ve come in contact with with in that store and I can fairly say I will never go back again. They have horrible dispositions. They are ignorant and they don’t know what true customer service really is.

  Went to c9mment on website but "not working" I went cause of their can tedemption... 3 weeks and less and less machines are working..as of 6/17 1 can is working and 1 bottle working ( 2 bottles reject every bottle) some.full, some.broke. and told people inside... no one cared. Just got " ehh " back when I said most.machines are not.working.

  Terrible experience in the deli. The lady’s name is Kara she is very rude!!!!! The young gentleman Jonathan took care of me and was very pleasant!
