- LTLydia TilleyMar 24, 20261.0I hate leaving negative reviews especially as I've worked at a Dunkin myself but I ordered two drinks and two loaded hash browns via the app and had to wait 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge I was in the drive through then had to sit for nearly 20 minutes as the barista chatted with the car in front of me. I love seeing relationships be built but some people are hungry. The drinks were okay but we're simple that I'm not sure they could have messed it up. The food was burnt to a crisp. There were 4 employees and they couldn't handle the drive through even though there were barely any one there. I really hope they learn to take orders more seriously. It's not that hard especially when there is zero rush.
