  This location is just getting worse. The new manager, the short bottom, collor one consistently seems more focused on being on its phone or putting employees down than actually doing its work. That's a big no no! The way it talks is so out of pocket and unprofessional, it feels like it's more interested in flexing on people than helping customers. Meanwhile, people like me are left standing around waiting for assistance and its trying to remember that quip it's been waiting to use all week. It’s frustrating, it’s ineffective, and it makes the entire store experience worse. It acts like it's running a country but it's supervising bananas and acts like it's enforcing laws when it's stocking yogurt. It forgets it made a career out of a high school job. Big hall monitor energy. Imagine peaking at a grocery store.

  The store is clean and organized, associates have been helpful and friendly. Good quality produce and floral department. Prices are higher than other area supermarkets.

  I’ve been shopping at this location 20 years, and it’s really disappointing to see how much it’s declined over the years especially after the buyout. This used to be a go to spot for quality produce, fresh meat, and deli. Unfortunately, all of those departments have noticeably gone downhill. The produce isn’t as fresh or well maintained, the meat selection has shifted heavily toward prepackaged options, and the deli has lost all the experienced staff that made it stand out and the current “grab and go” approach just isn’t the same. The final nail in the coffin for me though, was hearing a newer manager speaking in a vulgar and unprofessional way about an employee in a public area of the store. That kind of behavior is inappropriate anywhere, but especially in the workplace and in front of customers. After many years of loyalty, I’ve decided it’s unfortunately time to shop elsewhere.

  The only good thing about this store is the knowledge if i ever sustain a major head injury and can't do my job at least I could still get hired to manage this place. News reports show bad weather coming for the past two days. I only had to pick up a few things. 7am place is packed. Self check out is closed and there is only one check out open with two ladies doing the best they can. Probably no joke 40 people in line. No manager present to open the self checkout. People with perishable items are getting so frustrated they are abandoning their carts and just walking out the door causing the store to lose money in spoiled product and lost customers. The two employees were great but management should be lined up against a wall and shot for their gross incompetence.
