I asked the staff if they are taught to withhold the sauce twice and she ignored my question so I'm starting to think they do it on purpose. But why? How much money are you saving? Wouldn't it be better for overhead to just withhold fries, drinks ...heck, the whole burger. If someone orders a big Mac meal, just give them fries and a drink. Who's gonna check? No one! You're welcome.
