- SCsj caranaMay 11, 20262.0The customer service needs work. Whenever I come here, it’s usually the same lady at the register. Jodi is very passive aggressive, especially those towards a specific demographic. Don’t really care as long as you don’t overstep, but if you’re miserable maybe consider a job change if you don’t like interacting with customers who aren’t the “typical people” you are used to. Attitude fix would probably help as well. It gets pretty busy here and while I understand wait times are longer than usual, you would think employees work diligently. They always stand around waiting for something to do, or spend time gossiping while the line is to the door. It’s always the same group of employees. They usually are accurate with their orders but at what cost?
