  I usually do not like to write reviews and did not want to do it for a place like bdubs because I am friends with some of the staff and my husband and I use to work for this location for some time. However, my experience last night was terrible. It was 8pm on a Tuesday. The place was dead. Few tables. We waited 10 minutes at the host stand before we got sat. Our server literally ignored us for at least 15 minutes before he came to greet us. We were ready to order by the time he came. We gave him our drink order and food order. He seemed annoyed. Had an attitude. He left and we assumed he’d come back at some point with our drinks but he literally never came back! He gave drinks to his other tables, cleaned his other tables and walked around the restaurant but never once came back to our table with drinks. 15 minutes later and we decided to tell a manager and just leave because obviously this told how the entire visit was going to go. We come here regularly and I’m just so disappointed. I understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. Maybe new to serving? But still feel like it’s pretty common sense to at least bring the drinks. 30 minutes of wasted time and no drinks or food received.

  I can’t really give a review of the food because we didn’t actually eat or drink anything. The restaurant was empty at 545 pm on a Saturday. We were seated promptly and then…crickets. I asked someone where our server was and 10-12 minutes later no one came by to even take our drink order. My husband went to the hostess stand and asked, then aboutr 5 mins later a server came to our table. She was sweet and apologized for the wait. We put in our entire order- including drinks. Then another 15 minutes went by and we didn’t even get the 2 sodas and water we ordered. Now 30 mins with a very hungry 5 year old… in we walked out!

  Did I get lucky ? Maybe, But my food was absolutely amazing. And so was my partners. Service could’ve been a little bit better, dude that was servicing us was a little “straight forward” is what I would say. Kinda felt pressured to order like he needed to leave although they didn’t close for 2 hours, anyways. Food was amazing, it’s the main reason why I’m giving this BWW 5 stars. From what the reviews are showing, this place is very hit or miss, my time hit so i’m not complaining.

  The food was good. Great finger food..Asian Zing is always money, but they didn't have the Mango Habenero which is my goto but hey the Asian Zing did its thing...

  This Restaurant is the worst place for a take out order 00 out 10*neither to eat on site. The worst customer service , the FAKE ETA' s to get your take out order is the killer. I had an order and it took 40 EXTRA minutes to complete the take out order, No matter how busy you are, just Be honest, giving the actual pick up ETA, Don't waste people's time. Terrible customer service, there were even people waiting for 20 minutes to be seated in a table and nobody showed up to help them . The family ended up leaving, to make it worst they only had 4 tables with people in the whole restaurant at that time Sunday? Seriously this is a major service FAILURE. Will never order again, will rather go somewhere else. Be Aware,The worst experience for take out orders.
