    Poor customer service! I order 1 donut and 1 hashbrown the girl is sooo mean well she only give me hashbrown and where is my donut? Its just a basic order!!! They are looking at me as Im crazy by just telling them I order 1 hasbrown and 1 donut!!!!

    I’m a regular customer at this Dunkin’ location, and today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I placed my order at the drive-thru and realized at the window that I had forgotten to add a pup cup. When I politely asked if it could be added, the employee walked away shaking her head and said out loud, “Why doesn’t everybody order everything at the call button?” She then returned and told me directly, “Next time you need to order everything at the call button,” in a clearly irritated tone. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Customers forget things—it happens. A simple request shouldn’t be met with attitude, especially from a place I visit regularly. I ended up leaving without my order. That’s not how you treat customers, let alone loyal ones. I hope management addresses this, because service like this will drive people away.
