  Don’t bother getting anything with espresso. They just give you milk and ice coffee and hope you just drive away. DEF don’t come here if you have any kind of lactose issues. What was even weirder was the first time she handle me the drink it was completely bright white. Like they forgot to put the coffee in it. And when I politely said “I don’t think this is the right drink” she seemed confused. So weird.

  Drive thru had us wait ten minutes just to rudely tell me she’s “not doing this” and refused service because it was too much for me to order 6 donuts.

  pulled up to this dunkin and they were closed over 20 minutes before their posted closing time. employees ignoring customers attempting to order and the doors were locked while there were still supposed to be another 20 minutes of operation left. i drove out of my way specifically to come here and couldn't even get a coffee because apparently the posted hours on the door and on google mean nothing. this is completely unacceptable and a huge inconvenience to paying customers who plan their trips around your business hours. if you can't stay open until your listed closing time then change the hours instead of wasting peoples time and gas. i've never had an issue like this at any other dunkin location and it makes me question the management at this specific store. if corporate or the franchise owner is reading this i strongly suggest looking into how this location is being run because closing early without any notice or signage is unprofessional and a terrible look for the brand. i will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. extremely disappointed

  Got cut off after ordering 3 items with an attitude because they “ couldn’t make that much”. Try Working at a hallmark in July, that might be more your tempo.

  Placed a mobile order, arrived and was told whole order could not be fulfilled due to them not having anything in stock after the storm. Understandable, however requested a refund and was told they are unable to refund my order and that I would have to request it through the mobile app. There is no way to request a refund on the app and the customer service contact are not responsive. Calls don't go through and emails are ignored. So with that being said they robbed me for $10.03. I wonder how many other ppl were robbed from this location too. Side note drove to another dunkin in Mashpee asking if they can fulfill the order for us due to us being unable to receive our item from this location after being charged. They mentioned they too didnt have the ingredients to make our order due to the storm however they shut down their mobile ordering for that fact. Not too sure why it was allowed at this location?!
