    Honestly, this is one of the few fast food places I’ve been to where the staff is consistently professional, friendly, and responsible. Every time I go, the restaurant is usually very clean, and it’s actually rare to see it messy. Of course, people also have to be realistic — this is a fast food restaurant with constant traffic and a small team of employees. At some point during busy hours, things can get messy for a moment, and that’s completely normal anywhere. What matters is how the staff handles it, and from what I’ve personally seen, they do a great job. I also want to mention one of the managers — I don’t know her name, but you could tell she was the manager by the way she handled everything. She was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. Whoever she is, she’s doing an amazing job. Overall, every experience I’ve had there has been positive.

    Terrible Service, Rude Staff, and Ripped Off! ​I come here all the time and my order is never correct. They always forget the sauce, and I just paid $7 for a large fry that was barely halfway filled—it looked like a small. ​The crew and managers are extremely rude, don't speak English, and have no idea how to use the restaurant app. I tried to use a valid app coupon for a large fry, but the cashier just said "it's not working" and forced me to pay full price for the whole meal. Employees like Kerlyn and Oscar are incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. ​To top it off, the lobby and the bathrooms were a total mess. This place is poorly managed and needs a major reality check. Avoid it.

    Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The girl working at the register was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had a very bad attitude toward customers. When we asked her something, she responded in a very rude way. Later, I asked for napkins and ketchup, and she just threw them on the counter without saying anything. It also felt like the staff completely ignored customers whenever someone tried to speak to them. On top of that, the girl who brought our order to the table was also very rude. Customer service here was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s.

    I do delivery on uber and door dash whenever i go at night time to pick up order when they close door the behavior of staff very bad and not professional at all . I went there last night waited on drivers window nobody attention so i went to drive thru then waited there to simply look out the employee to ask she was standing there and opened the door told me to come again from drive thru and tell me over there and i asked her can i just come to the delivery driver door she said no come drive through then i went around and gave code and name asked her to the window the. After doing all that she told me to come at delivery driver window with a big smile like am i crazy or something to waist my time on your game . I always see rude behavior from this location only hope management will consider that as well and I read reviews all over

    I’m just a customer. I go, order, pay, and leave. But honestly, it’s frustrating to see how some people treat employees—both in real life and even in reviews online. I’ve witnessed customers yelling at very young workers at Walmart (some clearly minors) over things outside their control, like items being out of stock. I’ve also seen arguments over something as small as a sauce. Reading reviews here, I’ve noticed cases where the mistake clearly comes from the customer. For example, someone complaining about their order while their receipt says “cheeseburger promo.” Anyone who uses the app knows you choose the item, apply the reward, and confirm the order. If the receipt says cheeseburger, that’s what was selected. As a customer, you can tell when someone walks in already looking for a problem. They don’t listen, don’t read, don’t check… but they’re quick to complain. Not everything is the service’s fault. A lot of times, it’s the attitude. Employees are just doing their job and trying their best. Basic respect costs nothing.
