  I went to McDonald’s to place an order using the self-order kiosk, and the machine charged my card but never printed a receipt or sent the order through. I tried talking to the manager, but he had a bad attitude from the start and spoke to me disrespectfully even though I’m a minor. He told me that if the money wasn’t refunded within 24 hours, I should come back. I waited, and since I never got my money back, I returned 3 days later. This time I spoke to a woman who said she was the manager, but instead of listening to me, she accused me of trying to steal and refused to properly hear me out. What made it worse was that she made comments saying that “she’s Dominican too and already knows how people are,” using that as an excuse to judge me and my friends without even knowing me. The whole experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I was only trying to fix an order that I was actually charged for, but instead I was treated with disrespect.

  For the 18 years that i've been alive I've eaten at this mcdonald's location but today was the final straw and I'll never eat here ever again. I took a bite of my mcchicken to feel a weird texture and upon pulling it out of the patty i discovered a decent sized piece of rubber embedded inside which i could've easily eaten by mistake. Please for everyone's health and safety seek a budget friendly meal anywhere else BUT mcdonald's since it seems they've decided to serve us fake food with plastics and rubber inside. Never again will I ever dine at mcdonald's and neither should anyone else
