    They spent all this money on a remodel, to still have the worst customer service, staff and food quality of all DDs in the state.

    Very disappointed with this location. My mobile order drinks were not even made properly and the cups were barely half filled. The lattes looked separated and poorly prepared when I opened them at home. This is also not the first time I’ve had issues with this store. Consistency and quality control really need improvement.

    A few months ago they messed up my coffee, so I had to go back and ask them to remake it. Wasn’t angry or rude, just wanted my coffee the way I ordered it. Ever since then the lady that took my order and the manager always give me an attitude when I go there, or just straight up don’t say anything to me at all. A few nice employees there but more rude and grumpy ones, overall unsatisfactory customer service.
