He is very very rude,arrogant,irresponsible,he charged me and my friend double the amount and when asked about it he denied to answer us and straight away walked inside without bothering! There were only 2 employees with 20 costumers in the line! My coffee almost took 15-20 mins to reach me! And when we saw him he told us that this is how it works! I wonder how come dunkin ever hired such in human manager who cant speak properly to a costumer! Never going here again. Was my favourite place from past two years! And thanks for charging us $60 instead of $15

I work down the street so this is a Dunkin' that my whole office would frequent and we have all had the same experience. They won't honor DD deals and will lie to you about how there is no promotion. They pushed out or fired all of their long time staff who were the friendly and fast. I don't care about small talk or fake smiles but the employees there are the most unwelcoming I have ever seen at a food establishment. They look at you like you murdered their dog. If you have some kind of dietary restriction do not go here because they can not get an order right! I am literally buying Hostess powdered donuts and bottled Starbucks coffee from Citgo instead of buying from them. Shout out to the employees at Citgo, they're awesome!
