I ordered a burrito online for pickup, but when I went to pick up my food, they told me they never received the order. The cashier was entirely unhelpful and told me I needed to call Slice, the third-party app they use to process orders. When I tried to call, the call could not be completed as dialed. I was not able to pick up the food that I had already paid for.
This is not entirely Crusttown's fault, but they need a new vendor for processing food orders. This is completely unacceptable. My order never even showed up in Crusttown's system, and now I have to call my bank to cancel the transaction.
In the past, when I have ordered food from there, it has been pretty good. Shame I couldn't get my burrito, but until they fix the online ordering system, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Super nice people. Got a small cheese and fries. The pizza looked good but sadly the cheese they use is like gum. The crust is good, they just need to change up the cheese blend. The fries were awful....whatever brand is being used, change it out immediately. With a couple of minor changes, this could be a great go to spot. I so wanted to like it.
