  This has nothing to do with the people that actually worked there but with the exorbitant pricing and waiting 20 minutes for food is absurd. There are much better options these days for fast food. Sorry McDonald's. You are a bust these days

  Staff treated me like gum under there shoe. Waited over 45 mins, and never got my order. I tried waving down 3-4 employees they saw me we made eye contact but they gave me a disrespectful disgusting look. This happened around 9:45 April 15th. Whoever is the manager at this location needs to be retrained or completely replaced or spoken too. Not a single soul was wearing the name tag. I was asking for a refund in a polite way and he laughed and said no. Of course I would like my money and time back but it looks like McDonald’s robbed me once again. This manager really needs to be talked to, I’m reading reviews and all these reviews point at the managers McDonald’s please do something

  I’ve never experienced customer service this bad in my life. I waited at the counter for over an hour with zero acknowledgment from staff. When I politely asked for an update on my order, I was completely ignored—one employee literally walked away mid-conversation. It only got worse from there. When I asked to speak to the manager and requested the district manager’s contact information, the person in charge was openly hostile and dismissive. He refused to provide any information, wouldn’t give his name, and acted with total disrespect. At one point, his behavior was so aggressive it felt like he was practically spitting in my face before walking off. Two other customers ahead of me even spoke up and agreed that his behavior was completely unacceptable. On top of that, not a single employee was wearing a name tag, which makes accountability impossible. This all happened between 8–9 PM, so it should be very easy to identify who was responsible. Whoever was managing that shift should not be in a leadership position. Ignoring customers, refusing basic requests, and treating people with outright disrespect is unacceptable. Five employees saw us standing there and chose to do nothing until we demanded a manager—and even then, we were treated terribly. This place clearly has no standards for customer service or professionalism. I expect this to be addressed immediately.
