- LLLaraOct 16, 20265.0There is a woman with bright red dyed hair, who works here, and I swear she was a sparrow in a former life. She was flitting around, managing drive-through and pick up, then made my order (which she overheard and got perfectly). She’s pulling stickers and cups and hitting buttons so fast I was in awe. I don’t know her name, but DD got lucky. I just read the bad reviews of the place below. Someone should go offer this woman a better job if the conditions are as bad as people describe! The other two women working there were super nice as well. There was no wait. Clean bathroom and great service. I asked for something with caffeine that wasn't too sweet to get me through a long drive, and the woman who took my order recommended a drink that was spot on. She also walked me through the milk options, and we went with protein milk over oat or almond. My experience was nothing like the negative reviews below. I don’t know these workers personally, but have been using that Tesla charger next to it for a couple of years.

My husband went in to charge our phones for a few minutes while I decide what we’re going to order. An older Hispanic woman said to him as soon as he sat down, “My dear the lobby closes at 8”, it was 7:52, which was fine. My husband said he’d be out by then and asked for her to not call him anything inappropriate. She immediately got angry and said he had an attitude and since he wanted to “behave” that way he could leave. He made it clear he didn’t have an attitude and was just asking not to be called something. She started mocking him repeatedly, telling him he had an attitude, being extremely rude, telling him he needs Jesus, and being very unprofessional. Never seen this woman before so she must be new, regardless, it’s a business establishment, if you can’t keep it professional stay home. And keep YOUR attitude at home as well. As I said before we’ve been coming here for a while and never any issues with any staff, this is the first. If you don’t have the ability to keep it professional at a business establishment even AFTER someone makes a boundary clear, stay HOME, no customer or even staff members sign up for your ignorant & disgusting attitude and should not have to deal with you and your unpleasantries.

Once you get to know the workers they are very nice. They gave me a free donut for being nice too. Sometimes they make mistakes on the orders, but it’s okay! We are all human, and Dunkin does get pretty chaotic in the morning.
