  Visited the Subway location at 4238-4244 Washington St, Roslindale, MA, and had a really great experience. Even though there was a heavy rush, Komal Patel handled everything very professionally and stayed friendly and patient with customers. She made my order perfectly, the service was quick, and the food tasted fresh. The staff managed the busy crowd really well. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!

  I had a great experience at this Subway branch about a month ago. My seven-year old daughter and I stopped by in the evening for a quick bite. The Subway is clean and cozy. Ria, the customer service representative, who greeted us was very friendly and patient. She was great with my daughter and even gave her a free cookie. I’ve always had a good experience at this Subway location. You can’t go wrong with this one!

  I had a really good experience at this Subway.This place feels clean and well-kept, with a calm, no-rush atmosphere .The manager seemed very involved and attentive, checking in and making sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, it felt like a well-managed location with friendly service and consistently good food. Keep it up👍
