  I love the variety. Staff seem friendly and the space is petty orderly and clean. I wish the prices were cheaper, but that's every where.

  Stop & Shop is a fantastic place to do your weekly grocery shopping. The store is always exceptionally clean, and the produce section is consistently fresh. I love using their GO Rewards program to save money at checkout and on gas. The digital coupons make it incredibly affordable!

  I enjoy stop & shop I think it's a wonderful company what I don't enjoy is bad management and also bad structure. While I do manage to shop at multiple stop & shops and have met some great people I must say this store has the worst service ever. It's something about the manager that runs the store she is just a lady that does not want to be there but she wants to get paid to do her job. I completely understand it but customer service is a choice there are plenty of the jobs out there that would not allow you to have to carry an attitude to the customer's face. I have dealt with this lady three times and each time she has showed me that professionalism is not in her book with tone and also with body language. Why I am a very quiet person I do speak up for myself and not in a yelling or shouting match for more in a calm tone and just voicing your opinion. When the store is about to close that's when she gets the nastiest while you're already in the store she reminds you that she wants to go home and that her cashiers want to go home. While it may be against stop & shop's policy why would they let people in the store with 10 minutes to clothes when they don't know what that person is going to grab that person also does not know that they can only grab a couple things there is nobody at the door to remind you that the store is going to close you walk into the store you hear the store is going to close in 10 minutes you're already shopping and you now need to decide do I want to rush or do I want to just put the items back. While I am not asking stop & shop to always make exceptions I am asking for professionalism to always carry every day and throughout the day. Communicating in a professional tone with customers has to be a leading thing for stop & shop. I encourage you stay away from the store they are much better ones that will honor your money and your time and respect you as a person. The African-American lady name Tia needs to go back to stop & shop school and learn how to be a good manager I have also seen that because of her nastiness her staff has also become nasty. If I could give zero Stars I would that's how dissatisfied I am with the service after multiple times of coming to the store and shopping and getting the same service twice. If I could I would add a picture just so you would know to steer clear of her direction she is not a polite person I don't know why but I hope that she changes that one day and I hope something like this reaches her desk so she can read it and have understanding to just say hey I messed up and maybe I should just work on how I communicate. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Stop & shop you would do better without people like this they just throw your you're a mission down.
