  Disappointed was excepting so much more from the food, tasted not fresh n rubbery empanadas, I had so much hope for you guys , 😥😥😥

  Such a lovely place with the best Cuban sandwiches and more! The atmosphere is adorable and everyone there is so kind and friendly. Have already been a couple of times and looking forward to my next visit!

  We got delivery our first time, eating here after driving by it, countless times throughout the years and couldn’t believe the quality of the food. You can tell that it’s got that homemade, authentic touch to it. Will definitely be trying Mima’s again.

  Friend suggested this place sonplan to explore for lunch. Utterly disappointed, I never had such an rubbery, hard fish empanada before. Empanada is my favorite, hence ordered a fish and a Cuban empanada. Both are equally bad. Fish was not only hard, totally overcooked and the smell from the first bite was not good. Cuban empanada had a thin and tiny meat which is not properly visible. Chicken kebab was chewy, hard and not able to eat more than one small piece. 60% of the food need to throw away.

  I'm writing this reviews in the Cafe as I finish my lunch, which tells you how damn good this place is. This was my first time here, and I had the Cuban Cafe con Leche, which is one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. I also had the traditional Miami Cuban sandwich, which is huge and savory and delicious. While I don't live anywhere near Rockland, I'm making it a point to come back to the restaurant as many times as possible. You should do the same.
