  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. While using self-checkout, I accidentally scanned an item when I should have entered a PLU code. The attendant was rude from the start. When she came over to assist, she aggressively pushed our shopping cart out of her way and struck my wife with it. I immediately addressed the situation with both the employee and her manager, but my concerns were not taken seriously. The employee actually laughed about the incident, which made an already unacceptable situation even worse. I also filed a complaint with the corporate office and was told that both the store manager and district manager would contact me. Unfortunately, neither ever followed up. Customer service and accountability clearly fell short at every level. With a Market Basket just down the road, I’ll be taking my business there from now on. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience

  I like the store very much, that is because of the staff, Patty in Fish, Ed in Dairy department. Trevor in the MEAT department is the very best, so helpful and professional as well as having a great understanding of the product. Treats me like family and gives me tips on cooking. They get 10 stars

  Huge store big selection and very clean. Help for workers make it for a pleasant experience. Excellent produce, huge deli with plenty of choices for quick options. This has got to be one of the best stop & shops I have ever visited and I've been to a lot.
