  Great food and friendly service! The pizzas are consistently delicious and the toppings are always generous. Love grabbing takeout from here when I'm craving a good slice!

  Scammers They have items posted that they dont have. Ordered a dessert They dont have, picked up my food. They said they would reimburse me which I knew it wouldn't happened. The guy said he would give me something else in return but the lady pretty much said, no because I was refunded. No she was just being lazy. I never got refunded. So I disputed the entire order with my bank for, yes 5.99 its the principal and this is the 2nd time that's happened,the. I go to the app and the item I tried to order was off the menu. Im done ordering here, I will be ordering pizza elsewhere.

  We ordered a pizza, but she made the wrong order. That is not professional. There are four of us, and we spent $41. We returned the food at the counter. This is our first time here, and it will be the last.

  Im officially done with this place. This is the 2nd time I tried to order a dessert and they didnt have it. The guy was willing to give me something in replace but the lady in the back said he couldn't do it (lazy) and they refunded me and if i wanted something else they would have to charge me. The refund was bull crap I was still charged 30 bucks and only got 3 things instead of 4. I went to go pick up so they could've gave me something in exchange but the lady was just being lazy and didnt want to do her job. This happened to me before with a delivery and I didnt get refunded. Both times the pizzas were not cut properly and slid and were all messed up. Id rather pay 30 bucks across the street or at dominos and get better service. This papa John's is a complete joke I will never order from here again

  I only order papa bites the Oreo ones for delivery and I received them correctly done one out of three times. The other time they didn’t even add icing on the bites or in the box. And another time I received the bites with no Oreo crumbs. Just empty bread pockets. Quality of care is bad.
