I’ve never had a problem when I ordered delivery before from Papa John’s but unfortunately today not only did they not call me they didn’t text me if I something in me just told me to open the door. I would’ve never known they left the food outside in the pouring rain. The box of pizza in box of chicken wings was soaked they did not ring the doorbell or called me or nothing I’ve never experienced this in my life. I was completely shocked and I am so surprised this happened. I will not be ordering again very disappointing.

My card was charged but I was unable to track the order. I tried calling to confirm it was even being made and could NOT get someone on the line. Was transferred 3 times and on hold for over a half hour. Was charged $30 and over an hour later no pizza. I understand being busy not no one is that busy they can’t answer the phone over a half hour.
