  me and my friend went to go try out the new dunkin menu, we had to wait over 20 minutes to order many people had to leave because nobody was at the register so nobody was getting served. finally a woman came to the register and we ordered a drink and she didn’t even know if they had the items to make it, which they ended up not having it. we then were gonna ask for another drink but mid order she just left, we waited probally another 20 minutes hoping she would come back which she didn’t so we ended up leaving. worst service i’ve ever experienced.

  There aren't many people when I go there in morning around 8:30-9am. They always get my order right.

  This is easily the worst location. They’re constantly out of basic items, even early in the day. Some employees clearly doesn’t want to be there. A couple of people are decent, but the newer staff seem completely clueless. The only reason I still come here is because it’s close to my house. This place used to be good — no idea what happened. The manager or owner needs to show up more often and see how bad it’s gotten.

  I am writing to express my concern regarding the early morning service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The drive-thru advertises that it opens at 5:00 a.m.; however, when I arrive around 5:30 a.m., there is consistently nothing prepared. There are usually no coffees available that include espresso, and no food items ready for purchase. This defeats the purpose of offering early morning service, especially for customers who are on their way to work and rely on quick and efficient service. Additionally, it is very difficult to understand the staff through the speaker system. When customers ask for clarification because the audio is unclear, the staff often respond with an attitude and appear irritated, which makes the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I believe customers should be treated with respect, and if a store advertises opening at a certain time, basic menu items—especially coffee—should be available. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service and overall experience at this location. Thank you for your time and attention.
