    I don’t write reviews for places ever, but this location has consistently given me bad service so I had to. I understand that it’s right by the station so it’s busy, but when it happens every time I come here, that is crazy to me because I haven’t had it at other Dunkin’s location. I consistently wait 20+ minutes to receive my order. Even when trying to get it online to see if that will help, it doesn’t. I see other people get their orders quicker than me and I still wait. I usually just order the breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns, nothing complicated. I receive the wrong things when I order which is specifically why I’m writing this review. I attached proof and I really push for this location to do better.

    Been coming here for 20+years now and the new staff is very young and inexperienced. Which is absolutely fine, everyone needs to start somewhere!there is constantly 1 person working which makes it impossible to get an order with in a reasonable time, even when ordering prior! On 6-14-26 was by far the worst experience yet there was a younger girl with glasses who tried to cook an assortment of sandwiches wraps ect and burned them all! Guests were already getting impatient due to a long wait so with ur gloves on she picked the burned food out of the treat to show guests she had just burned their food and would have to restart, the issue is she left the same gloves on she dug through the trash with to then make my food and the guests! This is very concerning because being in the food industry for 20 years NEVER is this ok or acceptable! I feel bad for even stating this knowing how in the weeds she was so maybe she was just going through something at the time but again this is NOT acceptable NO matter what the circumstances are! People can get very sick and serv safe/food inspection would shut this place down witnessing something that Ingregous! Please train your staff better @ the 1 Bennington Revere Mass location! I have timestamps if anyone from management would like them to review this for yourself!

    Whenever I order on the app at this location, I don’t ever have a problem with the way my drink order is made. However, I have come in before when there’s no customers inside and my order isn’t made, and they do forget to add a donut to my order when I order one, then they roll their eyes at you like you’re inconveniencing them. I work in the food service industry too so I know that’s not how you treat a customer. But at least my drink gets made right. For some reason, whenever I order in person, it gets made wrong every time. Back in December I wanted to pay cash so I ordered in person. I had asked for a Cookie Butter Cloud Latte (limited edition for winter, and a picture of it literally on the menu behind them btw) and the worker had no idea what I was talking about. I’ve ordered it on the app before and it gets made correctly so I know they know how to make it. I showed her on the app. I got an iced coffee with brown sugar instead. When I told them that’s not what I ordered, once again got the eye roll and was asked “did you want the cold foam with cookie??!!” no I wanted a COOKIE BUTTER LATTE but I don’t like to make a big deal or be a Karen so I just took the iced coffee with the cold foam on top. Just last week I was in again and I ordered a Dunkin Zero blush pop flavor. This girl put in a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher with sparkling water. The two don’t even sound similar so idk why she thought that’s what I said. I think she’s new and it’s ok if you don’t know everything right away, but she could’ve asked me if she didn’t know. I order it on the app at this location all the time so I know they know how to make it. I just took it because once again, I don’t want to be a Karen, I had to catch the train, and I didn’t want to have a rude interaction with an employee again. If you’re the manager and you’re reading this, please train your staff better on how to make drinks and talk to customers. It seems I’m not the only one with this problem after reading the reviews. The only reason I go to this location is because it’s close to my house.

    Stopped by Sunday morning for the $6 meal deal. Iced coffee hash browns and breakfast sandwich. Open before 7am. 2 Friendly staff got my meal in under 5 min. Conveniently next to the beachmont train.

    Since the management change, the difference has been very noticeable—and unfortunately, not in a positive way. It’s disappointing to see how things have declined. It’s clear why many of the great staff members have left, and only a few ones remain. I truly hope improvements are made for both the staff and those they serve
