  I’ve been going to this Dunkin nearly everyday for the past 6 years, I live so close and it’s convenient. They go through periods of time where they have exceptional workers, but they end up leaving (hope they’re doing well). But most of the time it’s new workers who don’t last long, always coming and going, expected, but my only thing is if you’re gonna hire someone atleast please have them learn the menu. Pretty much 3/5 times I go a week my drink isn’t correct and if I try to correct them it doesn’t make sense to them and then I end up paying and leaving with what I didn’t want or ask for. I know no one reads Dunkin reviews but I just felt like writing one today because just this morning I asked for a small raspberry iced tea and at the window I received a small iced coffee, I told them this isn’t what I asked for a repeated what I actually ordered, the person at the window started freaking out like it was the end of the world. I said you know what it’s fine, I’ll have an iced coffee today whatever I’m not gonna fight with this person right now, they said no we’ll fix it and came back with a large green tea. I just took the green tea and thanked, whatever. A lot of times I’ll ask for something that’s right on the menu word by word but they don’t know what I’m talking about so I have to explain it’s right on the menu and lost every ingredient that’s in it and then I end up ordering something plain and easy to order. And with all that being said, I’m probably gonna still continue going to this Dunks just had to rant
