I was having an issue with the payment card on my Dunkin’ app and politely asked for a moment to fix it. She immediately caught an attitude and loudly shouted, “Oh my God,” out of frustration, making both me and my son feel very uncomfortable. She told me to pull forward, so I went inside and completed my purchase with Nicole, who was polite, pleasant, and professional. Unfortunately, Kate’s behavior completely changed what should have been a simple and pleasant experience. Customer service should never make someone feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.

When we reached the window, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. After taking our order, she stated, "For that kind of order next time, hun, you have to come inside." This comment came across as dismissive and unnecessary, especially since there was no signage or policy indicating that larger orders could not be placed through the drive-thru. We understand that large orders may take additional time, but there are respectful ways to communicate with customers. Instead, we felt unwelcome and embarrassed. Customer service should be courteous and professional regardless of the size of an order. This experience left a very negative impression on our family and was not the level of service we expected. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to ensure future customers are treated with respect.

One of their staff is incredibly rude and has been consistently, to the point that I don’t want to go there anymore. She will stop me dead in the middle of an order to correct my pronunciation of silly things like the word caramel over the speaker and then will talk down to me at the window. Slow service to boot. No thank you. There are 5 more DDs on 44. Go somewhere else.
