This place however leaves you standing at the counter for 20 mins just to tell you they don't have any chicken or black beans. Thisbis like every time I go in this one. Like they were unaware the dinner rush was coming at 530. This place needs a new manager an a competent staff.

Mobile orders should be out the door faster than people at the counter.. every single time I come in for my order or an uber eats order I have to stand around and wait 20-30 minutes for my burrito I ordered when I got in my car in BROCKTON 3 towns away.. ridiculous.

I don’t eat meat, so I ordered a sofritas bowl on two separate occasions, and both times I found pieces of chicken mixed into my food. For someone who avoids meat, that’s unacceptable. Then, on another visit, I ordered two kids’ chicken quesadillas. Instead of putting the chicken inside the quesadillas, it was served on the side. My kids won’t eat them like that, so I had to go home, turn on my stove, open the quesadillas, add the chicken and extra cheese myself, and cook them again. These aren’t small mistakes—they show a lack of attention to orders and food preparation. After multiple disappointing experiences, I’m no longer confident in ordering from this location.

The staff is constantly skimping on everything to the point you have to confront them everytime and it is mentally exhausting. Also nobody should be served food that is being scraped off the bottom of the pan... like obviously it's not a full portion if the portion scoop is at a 90 degree angle in the bottom of a pan. It is not soooo delicious that I can justify the expensive for scant amounts of food. How difficult would it be to just put it on a scale so we can all can have an objective measure? Already contacted management.
