The same thing happens after 8pm. It’s confusing and I’ve seen many people turn away because they think the store is closed. The overall customer service is very poor. There’s also a manager there that I’ve had several unpleasant interactions with. Some of the staff are very sweet, but the experience overall isn’t great. I’ve also noticed security seems to follow me around at times, which makes the visit uncomfortable.
