  I just moved here from New Jersey went across the street to the Shaw supermarket to Get food after work I feel like a criminal and I feel dirty after leaving the supermarket. I was packaging my items in the self checkout and six times the alarm went off and they had to review the camera to see if I scanned my food as if I’m a criminal and I’m going to steal I’m pissed that I had to pay $107 to a store who treats me like a criminal. I will never shop at the Shaws ever again. It was embarrassing. No one should continue to shop at a store. They treat you as though you’re a criminal and you’re about to steal. I don’t care what issues the store has. You don’t treat customers like that items were scanned, and they went through the fact that it shows the camera you scanning is if it’s trying to catch you doing something wrong disgusted me I will never patronize a store that treats a customer like this. We’re the reason why the store is even open in the first place. I had to go back in and add More. The store has cameras all over the place SECURITY walking around with a jacket. I understand lost prevention, but you should do it on the quiet tip. The fact that it looks like a Prison and people are spending money. Why do people patronize a place like this? I will never ever drop another dime in the store.

  Always a mess there. Floors never seem like they are kept up, the bathrooms are atrocious and energy is hot or miss.

  Motivated by hate, they disrespected me over cold cuts and cheese the whole experience was unwarranted and un needed i am very tired of these white women and their hate...Just stop it enough is enough for i will never go there again, this is the second time I was racially profiled and defiled, I am tired of and then they tried to steal my money while canceling my purchases what sicko don't know they own job but know how to mistreat a black Senior woman ignorance and ignorant white women grow up because these women are seniors with this behavior..Grow out of it .I can't with Star market in Hanover stay away if you're black I know i will. Amen

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Shaw’s! The store was very clean, organized, and well-stocked. The products were fresh and high quality, especially the fruits and vegetables. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I received excellent customer service throughout my visit. I definitely recommend Shaw’s and will be shopping here again!
