- RMRamon MojicaOct 4, 20261.0Service has gone down the drain. I used to order from this location approximately everyday since moving my family into Randolph. It was convenient. It’s a Gas Station as well so I would order my coffee and Donut (Yes 1 Lg coffee and 1 Donut), Get gas or anything thing needed while walking up and grabbing my online order that I ordered 15mins before arriving. Same order everyday. Always ordered on the Mobile APP. Before the remodel of it was amazing. I would arrive be greeted, order ready waiting as I would imagine I ordered it 15mins before arriving. But people were nice. If there was an issue they would help you and correct it. Lately and why I started going else where is because you order something on-line with ample time you expect it to be ready when you get there and that stopped happening. I would arrive and I would just have a coffee waiting missing my donut and when I would get the individuals attention I would be looked at as I was bothering them. I saw the change and I stopped coming. The Gas Attendants there are amazing and all have seen me in there everyday. Today I chose to go there. It was a Sunday, figured I’d order online and then make my way over there. When I arrived, there were plenty of employees but there was one individual ordering and I was waiting as my order wasn’t on the ready table yet. I proceeded to walk to the Gas side order and paid for my cigarettes and came back. Employee completes the order he was taking when I first got there and instead of seeing if I needed any assistance he walks out back to have conversation with employees that are working at the drive thru. Then another walk in customer walks in and he proceeded to take her order, complete her order meanwhile I am still waiting for my lg coffee and donut ONLINE ORDER I Oder now 30mins ago…… So when he finished the Oder I said “Excuse me, you’ve now taken care of two customers while I’ve been standing here, I had an Online Oder 30mins ago” he replied what’s your name. I told him, then a tall female comes up and I asked her if she is the manager. She replied yes. I expressed how this was why I haven’t been ordering here at all because the Service has declined. She goes, rushed through making me the coffee and throwing my glazed donut and said “Just don’t ever come here” All because I went online, made my order, arrived it wasn’t ready, was patient until I was acknowledged when clearly standing in front of them at the online pick up area. Just shows that the “Community Donut Shop” isn’t this DUNKIN DONUTS. Let’s talk about this.
